Delivery time, rates & methods

We deliver our goods to customers inside all EU countries. Delivery time, rates & methods may vary regarding many factors, such as: order size, weight and destination country. 

All deliveries are made to the desired address, shipping methods include (time given for goods in stock):

• DPD Classic - for goods to up to 31,5 kg - time: 6 working days; price: 9 € - 18 €
• DHL Economy - for heavy orders starting at 20 kg - time: 2-5 working days; price: 40 €
• DHL Express - a fast option for all weights and sizes - time: 1-2 working days; price: 13 € - 150 €

It may take longer to deliver goods which we do not keep in stock. You can find exact information regarding stock situation, delivery times, prices and available courier options inside each product card, calculated individually for each product.

Please note: 

• If you order more than one item, estimated delivery term will be given for the product that takes the longest to deliver;
• If the goods can not be delivered within specified time, we will contact you immediately regarding their delivery time;
• All shipments are packed separately inside extra box to ensure maximum safety of your goods. Be sure to inspect your shipment on it's arrival for damages. When damaged severely or with openings, refuse to accept it;
• If you are located outside of mainland Europe or UK, please contact us before you place an order.
