You can return your purchased goods within 60 days after receiving them. In addition, we will take care of the whole process, so everything is free of risk for you.
You are entitled to open the package to check if the product is working correctly and it is in it‘s full complectation. If you encounter an error while doing so, contact our customer service at your earliest convenience.
Be sure to read the user‘s manual before using the product.
We cover return fees in cases when:
- Our product descriptions doesn't meet actual specifications;
- Goods arrived damaged. Be sure to inspect you shipment when receiving it from the courier. Your goods will always be packed separately inside extra box to ensure maximum safety of your goods. When damaged severely or with openings, refuse to accept it;
- The product is faulty;
- For warranty cases when there's no service in your region;
- If you wish to return the product for another reason, we will not reimburse the delivery costs paid initially.
Keep the following in mind when returning the goods:
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and with a full complectation, as received from us (original package is not necessary when returning faulty goods);
- Purchase document must be added with the return;
- Return terms stated above do not apply if goods are damaged by the customer;
Please note: Always contact us before returning the goods, we will send you a return sticker. Otherwise we do not cover shipping fees.
